SquadChatter Community Guidelines

SquadChatter is built for teams, squads, and communities who need real-time voice communication. These guidelines ensure everyone has a safe and positive experience.
Be Respectful
- Treat all users with respect, even in competitive or high-pressure situations
- Disagreements happen — handle them without personal attacks
- Remember there's a real person on the other end of every transmission
No Harassment or Hate Speech
- Harassment, bullying, threats, or intimidation of any kind is prohibited
- Hate speech targeting race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic is not tolerated
- This applies to voice transmissions, channel names, descriptions, announcements, and display names
No Inappropriate Content
- Do not transmit sexually explicit audio content
- Do not create channels or organizations with explicit or offensive names
- Do not upload explicit or offensive images as profile avatars, org logos, or channel covers
No Spam or Abuse
- Do not use channels or organizations for spam, scams, or phishing
- Do not create excessive accounts or channels to disrupt the service
- Do not abuse the soundboard or PTT to intentionally disrupt conversations
Respect Privacy
- Do not share other users' personal information without their consent
- Do not record or redistribute voice transmissions without all participants' consent
- Do not impersonate other users or public figures
Moderation
- Channel owners and moderators are expected to enforce these guidelines in their spaces
- Use the Report and Block features if you encounter violations
- SquadChatter reserves the right to remove content, suspend accounts, or terminate access for violations
Consequences
Violations may result in:
- Content removal
- Temporary mute or suspension
- Permanent account termination
Severity and repeat offenses determine the response.
